Elevate CSM, operated by ElevateCSM Pty Ltd, is an education, coaching, and community program that helps people learn how to become a strong Customer Success Manager (CSM) and pursue remote CSM roles, through structured training, direct mentorship, and a private student community.

What is a Customer Success Manager (CSM)?

A Customer Success Manager is a full-time, salaried role that companies hire for directly — the person responsible for helping a company's existing customers get value from what they've bought, so they stick around and renew. It's one of the most common remote roles in software and subscription businesses today, and companies hire CSMs the same way they hire any other employee: applications, interviews, an offer, and a base salary.

About the business

Elevate CSM (operated by ElevateCSM Pty Ltd) was founded by Jordan Boshoff to help everyday people learn the CSM career path and land remote Customer Success Manager roles. We serve English-speaking students primarily located in the United States and Australia. Our program is education, coaching, and mentorship only. We do not act as an employer, staffing agency, or guarantor of results or placement. Individual outcomes depend on effort, skill, and market conditions.

How we communicate with members
