About the business

Elevate CSM (operated by Boshoff Jordan Reese, a Queensland, Australia sole trader) was founded by Jordan Boshoff to help everyday people learn the CSM career path and land remote Customer Success Manager roles. We serve English-speaking students primarily located in the United States and Australia. Our program is education, coaching, and mentorship only. We do not act as an employer, staffing agency, or guarantor of results or placement. Individual outcomes depend on effort, skill, and market conditions.

How we communicate with members

We contact applicants and members primarily by email. With explicit opt-in consent, we also send SMS text messages related to their account, application status, scheduled strategy calls, and program updates. SMS is never required to apply or purchase.
